Error : Calendar Control

I had to do a number of things but I finally got it working. I am using an array of dates rather then the Saturday / Sunday flag, but it is working better now.

I am running Windows 7 with themes turned on. Apparently that has an effect because

1) Where you have a red circle, I have a rectangle. I'd prefer the circle
2) The bold font is only slightly different then the regular font. I would love to have it darker.

Any thoughts ?
