Ribbonbar- bitmaps

Is it possible to position the bitmaps all at the same position (top) not depending on the lines of text.

Hello Otto,

The Text-Orientation is the Bottom of the Bitmap.
There are 2 Solutions :

1. use the same Hight of all Bitmaps.
Don't resize, otherwise You loose the Proportions of the Bitmap.
You need a empty Frame with the biggest BMP-Size of Your Selection.
Copy the small Bitmap and past inside the new Frame.
( I can explain the Ways, how to do it )
2. start with CTRLF for the Text of the Bitmap with the lowest Height ( adjust )
