Primero descarga este .ZIP y descomprímelo
First download this .ZIP and unzip it

https://bitbucket.org/fivetech/fivewin- ... edit53.zip

Y después descarga la última version, y sustituye el fichero .exe
And then download the latest version, and replace the .exe file
