Adding the missing < SAFELY REMOVE USB - Button > to the Desktop

This Option is missing.
How to add this :

1. Right mouseclick on the desktop
2. New
3. choose < link connection >
4. select => attributes and add :
C:\Windows\System32\rundll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL hotplug.dll
5. OK

now You can safely disconnect USB-drives.
