How different between BCC 7.0 7.3

I just download 18.05 and xHarbour 1.2.3 for BCC7 (7.3). But I have used BCC 7.0.

1. Do I need to use with BCC 7.3 ?
2. How different between BCC 7.0 and 7.3.
3. If I need to use 7.3. Where can I donwload?
