I Agree with you and understand your situation ... I now work for a Custom Computer and software shop .. We built and brand new computer for a customer and installed a nice 2 band (2g and 5g) USb Wireless device.

Got a call from him this morning and he says he can not connect to his home network .. all his other devices work .. we asked him to reset his routers and he call back and complained the wi-fi on his new computer ,again did not work. As nicely as I could .. we demonstrated the new computer to him before he bought it and demonstrated how to connect to a wireless and that the unit works great in our shop.

The customer was absolutely positive he typed in his correct WIFI password .... so I asked him to bring the new unit back to the shop and we will verify the wifi network ( again ) to him ..

So Tim .. we both get the same type of customers ..
