Barlib 32 bit last version

I'm in need of a lib to use barcodes in my program.

Reading the forum, Barlib is most used, but there is also the 32 bit version. (I have FWH32)

Also a lib for Zebra printer is possible. (I have to decide yet witch printer to buy)

Where is the most recent version of the Barlib located ?
