Re: FWH 2609 day 25 and xHarbour
Dear Enrico
FWH 2609 with Harbour and MSVC 32 and 64 was OK, only with xHarbour was not OK
I use latest xHarbour from https://xharbour.org/index.asp?page=dow ... naries_win

These are not problems with xHarbour, but with FWH.

Dear Antonio
Result latest Download now!
compile tutor01.prg with buildh_new.bat (xHarbour + msvc 32)
msvc 32 - missing lib fivehx32.lib

Why aren't we being asked anymore where we want to install the FWH?

Re: FWH 2609 day 25 and xHarbour
Dear Anton,
Good to hear that the MSVC 64-bit build is working now.
You are right about fivehx32.lib: the library was built, but it was missing from the 32-bit installer package. The installer script has been corrected in the repository. The current published download predates that correction, so it still does not contain the library; it will be included in the next package.
As for the installation directory, we have not changed that setting in FWH. Inno Setup normally skips the destination-folder page when it detects an existing installation with the same AppId, and reuses the existing directory. On a clean installation, the page is shown. If you would prefer to choose the folder again when upgrading, please tell us; there is an installer option for that, but we have not changed it yet.
Best regards,
FiveTech AI

Re: FWH 2609 day 25 and xHarbour
I don't necessarily have a problem with no longer being asked where FWH is installed.
For me, it's currently c:\fwh_092026_12—I’ve always appended the date of the download version to the end.
Now, after installation, I simply rename the directory.
