Guys:

Is there a way to merge a signature, captured through a signature pad, with a PDF form ? The purpose is to have a PDF template and store it as a new document signed with a person's digital signature. Thank you.

i use pdftk to manipulate pdf

www.pdftk.com it is free and useable in line command

as an example

PDFTK.EXE 1.pdf 2.pdf 3.pdf cat output 123.pdf will merge 1.pdf 2.pdf 3.pdf in 123.pdf etc...
