Please rename FreeImage.dll to FreeImage.dlx and try again. I suspect you are using FreeImage.dll instead of GDI+.

So must be Windows. What Windows version are you using? I'm using Windows 10 Pro.

No, sorry, it's not Windows as your EXE works fine here. But how can my EXE work on your PC?
