show a BITMAP ON EXPLORERBAR RESOLVED!!!

I want show a bitmap on EXPLORERBAR NOT ON A SINGLE PANEL

it show the bitmap but not is transparent, why ?

I made a new method on ExplorerBar Class Now run ok!! thanks to Daniel for the help
