Windows 8.1 folders background color

Dear friends, I need to change the white background color of Windows 8.1 folders to something less bright. I just can't work with that light in my eyes (I get headache after 30 seconds... ). I already searched Google. It looks like MS has removed this setting.

Any help?

Yo aun no he actualizado de windows 8 a windows 8.1 pero en windows 8 si existen dichos temas
