Mercurial VCS

Do we have anyone already comfortably using Mercurial VCS here? I got a couple of questions which I would be grateful if someone could answer.

1. Is filename case-sensitive in Mercurial repo even on Windows? I'd understand if it's linux but seems as though it exhibit the same behaviour even on Windows

2. If (1) is a Yes, is there any settings to make it behave not so?

3. Any suggestion on how to capture the revision no of the source that was used into the exe?

Never mind. I think I've figured enough to use it to suit my purpose. So far I'm happy with it
