New FWPPC build

There is a new FWPPC build, already available to be downloaded:

* Enhancement: FWPPC, SysRefresh(). Thanks to Joaquin for the tip!

* New: FWPPC: ON INIT clause for dialogboxes already available.

* Enhancement: FWPPC: METHOD AEvalWhen() is autimatically invoked from the dialogbox
initialization.

* Enhancement: FWPPC: DATA bStart support already implemented.

* Fix: FWPPC: Fonts are properly working. Thanks to Joaquin for the tip!
