Is it possible to change the window type from context - modal to non-modal and vice versa ?

I tried SockClient.prg and sockserv.prg

but I not understood how send a txt file from a computer to another not on the same Lan

Saving a raster image as EMF or WMF involves conversion of raster image to vector format and so is obviously not possible. Vector image can be converted to raster image but not vice versa.
