Antonio, el archivo xharbourbcc64.tls se crea en la carpeta del xmate y eso tambien va afectar a los demas entorno q existan verdad, tendria q crear una carpeta xmate para 64bits por lo que aun tengo proyectos en 32 bits pero una buena solución para las futuras actualizaciones.
