I have changed TMyFastReport class New(cOptionPath).

Now

MsgInfo( cOptionalPath ) --> C:\PrgW\Icra\FrSystH.dll

MsgInfo( File( cOptionalPath ) ) --> .T.

But
MsgInfo( ::frSystHandle ) --> still 0
