I tag servono solo a mettere più indici dentro un unico file. Il grosso vantaggio è che aprendo il DBF apri automaticamente anche tutti gli indici. La documentazione la trovi sulle Norton Guides del Clipper oppure sulla bella documentazione di xHarbour venduta dalla xHarbour.com.
