Re: use FLOCK()

Herbert,

Looks like lots of good code. Unfortunately, I don't think it answers his question. He wants to know who has the file locked--it could have been opened by someone else. It seems, the functions you provided only can determine who opened the file.

I read the answers but found no solution. Are they suggesting that with Harbour I can't assign CTOD( "" ) to an Excel cell?

Re: Need Ideas

Once Antonio asked that question I immediately tried a Dialog and it resolved the problem.

Sometimes we just look at something far too long and the answers hide.

Re: Visual Studio 2013 question (solved)

Robb,

See this, it seems as there are strange behaviors (and strange solutions) with drag & drop on Windows 64 versions:

Re: SOAP WebService

... I think it is a Harbour addon or xHarbour. Reinaldo Crespo seems to be the one to talk to. I suggest responding to the old thread to see if he answers, otherwise you can just email him (his address is in the thread). Also, there is a good description of SOAP here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms996507.aspx ...
