Do you prefer to work from templates or code from scratch

Hello friends,
Do you as a web developer prefer to work from templates or code from scratch?
What is your opinion on this topic?
Best regards,
Otto

It depends. What do you exactly mean with "templates"?

Hello Enrico,

I see that currently, most of the effort is going to warp HTML and JS. But that also means, if you want to use examples from the Internet (templates),
the style does not fit together.
You can, of course, embed pure HTML / JS, but then you have an additional language.

Since building the mod harbour frameworks to have a Fivewin-like syntax for the front end binds
many resources, I would be interested in knowing how many of us are interested in these developments.

Best regards,
Otto

Hi,
It should be nice if we have some frameworks to have a Fivewin-like syntax .

Dialog design is important .

Thanks for your help .

Hello Philippe,
Have you tried Bootstrap Studio?
What kind of software do you plan to program? Is it more an APP for administration or a web page for presentations?
Best regards,
Otto

You have no problem in being able to develop it with Mod-Harbour, with the advantage that if you have already developed code, you can reuse it all the code that does not produce screen outputs (GUI)
