Postby ukoenig » Sat Aug 16, 2008 12:36 pm

Hello,

The work on the 1. Page => Header / Footer Gradients is finished.

With the next page : xBrowse-STYLES,
i will include the RC-file of the tools. Maybe it is still some more help.

A first preview of the new page 2.

If still something missing, just tell me.

Hello,

A message to FWH-users, without FWH-Version 8.07 !!!
---------------------------------------------------------------
You can use the tools as well !!!

What you cannot do :
Header and Footer-Gradients.

It can be, something else is not possible in older versions.
Maybe i can get a short release-overview from Antonio for xBrowse,
because i don't know.

A preview of the next pages :

Page 2 = Styles and Lines
------------------------------
oBrw:nMarqueeStyle := MARQSTYLE_HIGHLROW
oBrw:nColDividerStyle := LINESTYLE_BLACK
oBrw:nRowDividerStyle := LINESTYLE_BLACK
oBrw:hRowPen := CreatePen( PS_SOLID, BR_PEN, CLR_BLACK )

Page 3 = Data- part

Copy ?

Postby ukoenig » Sun Aug 17, 2008 8:14 pm

Hello Sylvio,

I had a look at the picture.
Do you want to make a joke ?
It has nothing to do with visual-design.

At first, i have never seen your < OLD > program,
as well, i don't know it.
Second, this is something complete new,
only possible to create with the new FWH 8.07 release.

The time you dated your old prog. => 2001,
all these things haven't been possible.

I don't know what you mean ?

Visual tools

Postby ukoenig » Sun Aug 17, 2008 9:02 pm

Hello Sylvio,

The programming is done with FWH 8.07,
because only this version supports GRADIENT-design.
Setting of nice-looking gradients without preview
is nearly impossible.
That was the main-reason, to start with the tools
( that means as well the bar-tools ).
You can use many settings with older versions of FWH.
Maybe it is a good idea, to find out, what is possible to do
with certain-versions.

In the moment i'm busy, to create also a
BUTTON- and WINDOWS / DIALOG-background-designer for FWH.

You don't need to use it, if you don't like it,
but I think, it will support the work of many users.

Hello Uwe,

Thank you very much for your contributions. Not all users share freely their developements.

By the way, it would be a nice feature for Fivewin to allow the final user to change xBrowse and Dialogs look and save its propeties to an ini file, for example.
