Just downgraded my FWH to 10.07 and the menu widths problem is ok (point 1)

But the gradient and group problems exist in 10.07!!

I think i've narrowed it down. I think the calculation of the size of the browse when building from a resource is being calculated incorrectly. If i manually resize the browse & it's relating dialog based on each of the column widths the scroll bars appear fine.

This is just a cosmetic thing. I have a dialog with two "identical" grids. I want the grids to be of the same column widths all the time. So, I need to know if the user resizes the first grid so i can update the other one.

Hello Mr. Rao to use nStretchCol property does browse so slow, apparently always recalculating the column widths this effect is visible when does use nEditType >= EDIT_LISTBOX check this samples and click any button or resize any columns or rows... thank for you attention ...
