Advantage DS

... to get more technical help on this issue. Local Server is for 32 bit only :-(( but if you have one PC like i have, use VMware to create virtual network and test your app from vmware's client OS (3.1,95,98,ME,2K,XP or even Linux). That's great! Good luck on your convertion. ...

Indeed,

I use an Ubunto gnome 7.10 English on a windows xp/vmware session

and an Ubunto 7.10 Dutch on a dual boot system.

I shall retry after complete reinstalling the OS.

Greetings,

Willy.

good :-)

I run OSX, Vista and Linux natively, all of them, to have the fastest speed :-)

Anyhow, I prefer vmware as I can use the same virtual machines files from Windows, OSX and Linux

Hi Antonio

Thanks that worked great - still cant understand why the browse

Are you using parallels on your mac or vmware to run Vista and XP.

Cheers

Jose Luis,

Rochinha,

We use a Mac Mini (powerpc) for development.

We have also done some tests on vmware and standard PC, to check intel compatibility.

It works nicely on both powerpc and intel.

PearPC runs very slow.

Windows and Mac Intel

... company that launched its first virtualisation tool, Parallels Workstation, last year. The Russian-developed software competes directly with VMware Workstation and Microsoft Virtual PC, albeit -- at the time of launch - -at a lower price. Cheers, Roman
