Surely you are not using a MSVC 98 (this is compatible with xhb.com) library.

Sudip, xharbour.com uses PellesC as the C compiler, which it is also compatible with Microsoft VC98. In fact we use VC98 to build FWH for xharbour.com Tim Stone, amongst other FWH users, is a great expert using xharbour.com and FWH, though actually he is migrating to Harbour ...

I have been able to solve it copying rc.exe from VC98 to VC2010, now it is building. I have not tested it yet

FiveHM.lib and FiveHCM.lib are for MS VC98 (the one which it is compatible with PellesC).

For MS VS2010 you have to use FiveH32.lib and FiveHC32.lib

... for Microsoft VS2010 working real fine :-) Please notice that VS2010 does not provide a rc.exe (resources compiler) so we are using the one from VC98 or any other VC version. better use:
%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v7.0A\bin\rc.exe

Important: Borland brc32.exe is NOT compatible with MSVC and a generated res with it could corrupt the EXE that usually won't boot
