xbrowseWeb - Work in Progress

... For some time now, I've been working on the xbrowseWeb module. I've decided to avoid using pre-made components for web development (like web servers or webview2) as much as possible. I now have a template for consistent navigation in my web programs. Here, I also host the xbrowseWeb module. ...

Re: Data exchange between PC and Android device on the same loca

... It's not like when you develop a program, it's immediately used by thousands at the same time. You grow into it. I myself use our own in-house servers with all clients. We work in parallel from mod harbour and over RDP on the same server. Years ago, we switched all our users to Remote Desktop. ...

Re: SQL connection

Hi, Jeff, nice to see you again. It seems like you haven't been here for a long time.
I've often wondered if you're still working on your program. Unfortunately,
I've shut down all my SQL servers and haven't done anything with them for a long time. But I'm happy to see you.
Best regards,
Otto

Re: Consuta sobre MariaDB/MySql

Number of connections should not matter.
We personally know companies with hundreds of users simultaneously connecting and working with cloud servers.
No need at all to connect and disconnect every-time. This is definitely not an efficient way.

Re: Unicode vs UTF8

... of which, UTF8 is ver popular. We are mainly concernted with (1) UTF8 because it is popular and used across the Web and also because many database servers support this encoding and (2) UTF16LE because Windows OS internally deals with all strings in this format only.
