RC File

Yes, the RC file is text, and yes I do edit it with Multi-Edit. However, the Pelles RC Editor saves values in a file somewhere and I can't get an answer from them about what file and where. As a result, if I make changes in the text, I have to put it in a new directory ...

BuildCe.bat make easy...

Probably not the answer you're looking for; xbrowse already has it implemented:

METHOD SaveState() CLASS TXBrowse

Saves order, size, and other properties. And it works. You can even save/restore states per user.

Append to buildce.bat

PAUSE
cecopy /is c:\FWPPC\SAMPLES\test.exe dev:\temp

and your files are copied automatically.
Saves a lot of time!

Then use ActiveSync_Remote_Display to test the software remotely.

drag and drop from Outlook

... as a file (msg) somewhere. Has anyone seen a solution for this? It must be possible since you can drag an email out of outlook to explorer and it saves as a .msg file. I want basically the same result, but through my application. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Take a look into Crystal Reports.

It saves you *a lot* of report coding time. and you have over 20 different output formats including, XLS, DOC, HTML, PDF, Mail, DBF, SQL DATABASE, etc.
