You can safely ignore that warning or use this flag when you call link.exe: /ARMPADCODE:NO to avoid it

Otto,

Those warnings are caused as Harbour output .C files use "\" for paths, though "\\" should be used.

You can safely ignore them.

If it was not expressly set somewhere in your programs, you can safely ignore it. Default is okay. Please make sure it was not set in any of the programs. You may search for EVENTMASK in all your programs.
