... keep a backup external hard disk updated. But how can I know if and which files are deleted or altered? Should I restore all my files after having restored from a restore point? I would prefer not to do it. EMG

Hi Rick , Thanks..! As I mentioned that I had done some changes in the xMate enviornment parameters but what I had done that I forgot. Yesterday I restored the environment from the backup. Now its running fine and it shows Errors stack details. But still I do not know what was the cause for that. ...

Well, it seem that the class has a problem with the painting...

The problem can be seen when the bar is resized with or maximized or restored from maximized...

It did not happen when minimized

I don't think I can make an contained example to reproduce the problem...

You are right. Actually it was 4 in the older versions. This value was changed to 1 in some later version wrongly.

Should be restored to 4.

... and of course every time the dialog box is moved the variables in the file are updated using oDlg:CoorsUpdate( ) and then recalled or 'restored' when the application is opened again. I didn't know I even HAD the 'INI' and 'WritePProString( )' functions etc. in my version of FWH / xHB!!! ...

Saving and restoring config options:

You can already change the menu color and it will be automatically restored the next time you load it:
"Options", Menu background color (only this one by now)

TXBrwColumn : changing and restoring a method

Hello,

I know how to change a method (in xharbour) , but how can it be restored in it's original method ?

I tryed something with TXBrows( {|| TXBrwChild() } ) and TXBrowse():new() , but no dialog is created.

... declaring Local Variables without using a button to call it. No error was produced, but the window was not created and the original resolution was restored after a few seconds... Sorry I can not help you any further in the issue...
