Help for Label Printing 8 X 3 on A4 size paper

Dear All ,

I need help to create simple app to print the Mailing labels on A4 size paper, the number of labels per page would be 8x3=24 lables. May I request to all to provide code. Thanks in advance...!

I made a chatbot through Father. The class from Mr. Charles Kwon works well. Is it possible to filter the mailing of messages somehow? For example, the chatbot has access to 10 subscribers, and I need to make a message for only 5 of them.
