Yes, Ammyy Admin is a good remote desktop software. Alternatively, you may have a look at on premise R-HUB remote support servers for remotely controlling computers from anywhere anytime. It is easy to use and works well.

Yeah, splashtop is good. Additionally, you may also try a R-HUB remote support server for all your remote access needs. It works on all platforms viz Windows, MAC, Android, iOS etc. and works from behind the firewall, hence better security.

for allmost all of my customer we have enough space for data backup with 32 GB.
Cost for this unit under 100 €.
