I was referring to my exe. Not any specific API
Some of my exes ran fine while one of them just stopped. Have to get a hold of windows 11 home 22H2 and try to replicate the error.

Silvio, can you hold the right key button to the end and also the left button to the beginning (several times)

I notices that holding the right button, the speed is much slower than from right to left.

Do you notice this also ?
