SetTextAlign() and GetTextAlign() don't work on Windows Mobile 3.0. You must use DrawText() with the proper DT_LEFT, DT_CENTER or DT_RIGHT flag.

It is a Windows Mobile 3.0 bug that was fixed on Windows Mobile 4.0.
