I recently discovered that Windows Store can't update the app Movies & TV on my Windows 10 (error 0x80070005). So I uninstalled it (using a suggestion found on some websites) but now I can't reinstall it (same error). All the other apps are fine.

That happens sometimes on Windows: without any specific reason a certain resource ID gives troubles sometimes.

I forgot to mention you what you have already discovered, that changing the ID can solve the problem.
