VMH is not working with non default msvc10 install due to the hard coded path to vcvarsall.bat.

Please link xHarbour debug.lib before FiveHX.lib

In newer versions of FWH was adopted for the debug windows (fwdbg.dll).

How can I disable fwdbg.dll to use debug.lib (original xHarbour)?
