You don't need a special driver for accesing ADO via internet. You only have to use the correct IP-adress (or noip) and forward the correct PORT to access the SQL-server if the SQL-server is behind a router True. But a client can connect like this, if server-side is configured ...

SP30 MULTILANE PINPAD

Hi!
I am trying to integrate your SP30 MULTILANE PINPAD in my POS system.
Where can I found information ?

I have following info on the device

DeviceName, PAX_SP30

DeviceIP, 24.89.178.75

DevicePort, 10009

I can get the Ip adress to

So the question is how to communicate with the device?

FIVEWIN ERROR

Hi everybody.
I use an fivewin and clip 52e on win xp application and since a short time i have an error that i don t understand:

Fivewin caused a general protection fault in the module xxxxxx at tyhe adress 0009:4FF9

Any idea about that?

Why?

Why not just encrypt everything? There is very little speed penalty. If security is an issue, why secure only some of the data?

Thanks for the reply , but pdf is not accepted. As described in nview forum i downloaded and installed ghostscript , activated all format's and restartded the computer. No succes.

Could you try ? It is a file from +/- 250000 bytes . I have a email adress from your website.

... fields since you still have to select a database after the connection, and that is not possible, because the database is already specified by IP-adress in the connection-string.
